Limited Warranty
The Z1 CPAP device carries a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. The PowerShell™ and Power Supplies carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. If you feel you have a defective machine, please call us at +46 31 86 88 60 or mail to techsupport@breas.com. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the defective product and your product will be repaired or replaced for free if the product was found to carry a warranty fault. This process is valid for products purchased via this website only. If you bought your HDM product through a reseller, please contact the reseller for any warranty issues. HDM / Breas apply the same warranty periods, independent of the point of sales

Right of withdrawal
Changed your mind? Within the EU, you can return any non-defective product for free within 14 days of having received the product. For hygiene and health protection reasons, this return right is limited to Product which are unopened, not used and in original state. For Products packed in a sealed plastic bag, this means that the seal must not be broken.
For products returned for refund or exchange (for any reason other than manufacturer’s defect), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please contact Breas Medical by phone or email before returning an item. Phone: +46 31 86 88 60 email techsupport@breas.com. In case Breas arranges for and pays the return transport, the transport cost will be deducted from the refund.
Any non-defective battery or CPAP device cannot be returned once the product has been opened or used. Products opened and / or used will be returned to the customer without refund of the purchase sum and at the expense of the customer.
Return shipments
Return shipments can be made using the UPS return label that was provided with your order and contacting your local UPS office for collection. Breas is responsible for the return shipping cost for warranty cases while the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost for withdrawal cases.
